**Pre-registrations must be received by January 19, 2024. Mail-in pre-registrations should be post marked by January 17th in order to be received by January 19, 2024. Any mailed reservations received after that time may not be processed.
**Remember, proof of membership is necessary to receive the $5 discount.
Requests for refunds can be made until 1/20/24 by writing to the Gate Coordinator.

A PayPal invoice will be generated within 24 hours of the online preregistration information being submitted. Online preregistration is not complete until the PayPal invoice has been paid.
